European Baloo bouclé is an architectural, delightfully tactile textile crafted with dense coiled loop yarns (520 g/m², Oeko-Tex® Standard 100). With simple regular care, your vymir Thea pouf will retain its sculptural look and cozy warmth for decades.
Because of the multidimensional loop structure, micro-dust can settle inside the fabric crevices. We recommend vacuuming your pouf once a week using a low-suction upholstery nozzle with a soft brush attachment.
Never use motorized turbo-brushes with spinning hard plastic bristles, as they may catch and fuzz the looped yarns.
Our European Baloo bouclé features a water-repellent coating. When spills occur, liquids stay on the surface as beads for several minutes before soaking in. Act immediately!
Immediately place a dry white microfiber cloth or paper towel over the spill. Let it absorb the liquid naturally. Never scrub vigorously.
If a mark remains, dilute a drop of neutral ph-balanced soap in lukewarm water. Dampen a clean cloth and gently dab from the outer edge inward.
Absorb residual moisture with a dry cloth and allow the fabric to dry at ambient room temperature. Do not use hair dryers or hot irons.
Thanks to the dense knotting and absence of loose long loops, European Baloo bouclé is naturally resistant to snags and claw scratches. Fur sits on the surface without penetrating the backing and easily lifts off with a standard adhesive lint roller.
