VYMIR
This agreement governs the purchase and sale of artisanal design furniture and accessories through the official vymir studio store.
1.1. In accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", this document constitutes a public offer addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a distance contract for the sale of goods.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (consent) of the terms of this Offer occurs at the moment the Buyer places an order on the site, clicks "Confirm Order", or issues a partial/full prepayment.
3.1. The Seller agrees to manufacture, sell, and deliver the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for the Goods under the conditions stipulated herein.
3.2. Goods dimensions for the Thea pouf: 46 × 45 × 45 cm, solid Carpathian beech frame, high-resilience HR anatomical foam, premium European Baloo bouclé upholstery fabric.
4.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the website through the configurator or shopping cart, specifying accurate contact and shipping information.
4.2. After placing the order, the Seller verifies availability and contacts the Buyer via phone, email, or Telegram to confirm order specifics.
5.1. Prices for Goods are displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH, ₴) on the website and include all statutory taxes.

6.1. Delivery across Ukraine is complimentary (free of charge) via Nova Poshta to branches or address courier delivery.
6.2. Lead times: orders are dispatched within 4–8 business days from confirmation. Delivery via Nova Poshta across Ukraine usually takes an additional 1–2 days.
6.3. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the packaging and condition of the Goods upon delivery in the presence of the carrier representative.
7.1. We provide an official 12-month manufacturer warranty on the structural integrity of the beechwood frame and high-density HR foam cushioning.
8.1. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the Buyer has the right to exchange or return Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided the Goods have not been used and retain their marketable condition, tags, and original packaging.
9.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver Goods matching the published specifications and respect buyer confidentiality.
10.1. All disputes arising from the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
